Charges Upgraded Against Christmas Eve Shooting Suspect
EASTON, Pa. -Prosecutors have upgraded charges against a man arrested in connection with the shootings of two people on Christmas Eve.
John McGlinchey, III of Upper Black Eddy, Bucks County has been jailed without bail in the Northampton County Prison on two counts of attempted homicide since his arrest on Christmas Day.
Police said he shot Kimiko Moon and her 17-year-old nephew inside Moon's home at 200 Vista Drive in Easton just before midnight on Christmas Eve.
