Jimmy Buffett got stitches for cut from stage fall
Singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett has fallen from a concert stage and was injured at the end of a show in Sydney, Australia, Wednesday night, according to his manager.

Buffett, 64, spent a day in Sydney at the Hospital de San Vicente, but it was posted on Thursday, according to a statement posted on its website.

Although the hospital did not release details of his treatment, a broadcaster channel Sirius XM Radio Margaritaville Buffett, said he received several stitches for a cut on his head.

He misjudged that point out of the limelight, the presenter said.

A video of the incident posted on YouTube shows Buffett closed his concert in Sydney Hordern Pavilion with his song "Lovely Cruise."

"Thank you, good night and God bless you," said Buffett fans.

When he put his guitar down, Buffett went to the cheering crowd in his hands in the air.

The video shows the singer having a little too, dropping the front of the stage.

Jimmy Buffett and his Coral Reefer Band have performed several sold out shows in Sydney last week, the Daily Telegraph of Australia.
