Auburn University closing tomorrow because of weather, travel delays for students at the big game
HUNTSVILLE, AL -- Auburn University announced today it will remain closed Tuesday because of the potential for dangerous road conditions, and to give students who traveled to the BCS National Championship game a chance to get home.
Classes and normal university operations will resume on Wednesday, according to a university press release.
"Students experiencing travel delays due to flight cancellations and other weather related problems, should contact their professors by e-mail to discuss their situation," the news release states.
