The Hannah Montana Finale- Six Mind-Bending Ways It Could End..

This Sunday (January 16) will mark the end of an era. As of 8 p.m. Eastern time, the Hannah Montana character will be officially retired, as the final episode of "Hannah Montana Forever" will have rolled its credits (the show airs at 7 p.m. Eastern). Disney announced last year that the long-running show, which has been an incredible ratings magnet as well as the launch pad for the career of young Miley Cyrus. It has been an especially interesting ride for Cyrus, who began as an unknown but blossomed into a mutli-faceted dynamo, capable of setting TV ratings records, topping the Billboard album chart, filling arenas for concerts and driving fans to cinemas for her films. Of course, Cyrus has a huge career in front of her, full of film roles and hit singles.

But even though "Hannah Montana" is a kids' show, it is a pretty remarkable piece of meta entertainment. It's a show about a famous girl (played by Cyrus) who consciously wants to lead a "normal life" and thus subverts her actual celebrity persona. If you think about it, it's a pretty mind-bending concept, which is why it deserves an equally twisted finale. Here are six ways "Hannah Montana Forever" should end.
